Hello! We're a small team dedicated to providing music and audio assets for VTubers.This is our commissions page. Here, you'll find info and pricing for all the services we currently offer.All of our prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Please be sure to read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order!
Custom BGM: Simple Track
$200 CADIncludes:
- composing, recording, basic mix & master
- simple instrumentation (piano or guitar + a few supporting instruments)
- up to 1.5 min of original music
- 1 revision
- loop-able
Custom BGM: Full Track
$400 CADIncludes:
- composing, arranging, recording, full mix & master
- full instrumentation
- up to 2.5 minutes
- up to 3 major revisions
- loop-able
Custom BGM: Mystery Box
$120 CADIncludes:
- a short instrumental loop based on visual references only
- up to 60 seconds
- no revisions (like Skeb)
Custom Stream Alerts
$210 CAD for a set of 3 alertsIncludes:
- composing, arranging, recording, mixing and mastering
- tailored to your references and character design / aesthetic
- up to 2 major revisions
Songwriting & Production
We are now offering original songwriting and production services! This service includes the creation of original music and lyrics, a custom arrangement, and recording. We specialize in heartfelt, story-driven songs with a warm, intimate instrumental touch.Please inquire with details about your project for an exact quote :)

terms & conditions
Terms of Use
- Custom BGM tracks and Stream Alerts can be synced with any streams or video
- will not be posted by Stream Cafe without permission
- cannot be posted on Spotify or any streaming service, uploaded to digital storefronts, or used as an NFTRevisions
- Please see the amount of included revisions under the product your are ordering.
- Minor revisions can be accomodated within reason, however please submit them at the appropriate stage in the commission
- Additional major revisions can be purchased $50 CAD per revisionMethod of Payment
- commissions are paid via Paypal invoice to streamcafemusic@gmail.com
- 50% deposit is required to begin the commission
- the remaining amount is due when final masters are sentnote: this excludes the "Custom BGM: Mystery Box" option, which is paid in full upfrontProcess
- after approximately 4 weeks, a first draft will be sent
- any revisions will be accommodated after customer feedback
- this will be followed by a brief mixing and mastering phase
- final masters will be delivered approximately 1-2 months after the order is placednote: this excludes the "Custom BGM: Mystery Box" option, which has just one delivery and is typically completed within one monthFraudulent Chargebacks
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback will forfeit your rights to the work, and it will be re-used as free content for Stream Cafe.
